Caffeine May Help Protect Against Alzheimer’s

In a new study, researchers monitored the memory and thinking processes of 124 people between the ages 65 to 88. Their findings showed that individuals with higher blood caffeine levels avoided the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. Their caffeine source was primarily coffee.
