Energy Drinks May Be Good for Our Heart

Energy drinks containing caffeine may boost heart function in healthy people. Researchers in Italy discovered that the function in the left and right ventricles, which pump blood to the body, increased one hour after consuming an energy drink.

Like most things in life, moderation is probably the safest bet when it comes to getting our daily dose of caffeine. That said, more and more research indicates that modest amounts of caffeine are actually beneficial for our bodies. One serving of FEEL provides 85 milligrams of naturally occurring caffeine, which is the equivalent of a premium cup of coffee.
